TRANSFORM is a special product designed by World Gate Capital (WGC) and its global HR and IT partners, to transform MENA’s large holding groups into efficient, resilient and blue-ocean-centric organizations, while delighting all stakeholders.

 

The engagement starts with an independent top-down review of the holding group. The TRANSFORM team will then divest red ocean companies, business units and real estate assets, re-invent and grow the remaining viable components and optimize the group-wide financial and operational efficiency, shock resiliency, diversification and sustainability.


The holistic transformation is designed and executed by the TRANSFORM team, a group of top-tier finance, strategy and operations experts with deep understanding of the MENA region’s cultural, economic and business landscape and peculiarities.

2. Create a powerful stakeholders coalition to implement the solutions through the communication of a clear vision and a high-level roadmap on how to finance the solution, remove
obstacles and build on small wins.
